Privacy Policy

MarkerScope is designed around local-first analysis. Raw local datasets are not uploaded by default. Hosted services may store account details, plan state, project/report metadata, audit events and user-approved support or report artifacts.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address and plan.
• Device activation metadata needed to pair the local MarkerScope Engine.
• Project/report metadata and user-approved sync payloads.
• Redacted diagnostic bundles when users explicitly share them with support.

Local datasets

Local analysis files remain on the user machine unless the user explicitly chooses an upload workflow. Support bundles must redact raw local paths and exclude dataset files.
